NEWPS.CZ is moving to the BB Centrum

The newly-renovated office building Budova B at Prague’s BB CENTRUM has its first tenant. In June of this year, the company, NEWPS.CZ, a specialist and innovator in IT processes, digitalisation, and access security, will be moving into its renovated administrative space. The office space of 1,000 m2 on the second floor will be precisely adapted to the requirements of the company, who prefers practical and cosy offices in a pleasantly colourful combination with wood and glass. The offices will be complemented by a relaxation zone with direct access to a private terrace. Budova B completion is planned for May, currently offering a remainder of 6,600 m2 of administrative space and 942 m2 of retail space.

As a tenant, we’re definitely not an easy client in terms of our requirements. Nevertheless, we were able to negotiate conditions that are convenient to both parties with Passerinvest Group representatives, and I am convinced that our new offices will give our company new energy and a much-needed change. We’re looking forward to becoming a part of the complex and being able to utilise of all of the advantages that our new offices will offer, because, as the owner of our company said at his first tour of the BB Centrum: “The only thing left is to have a notary here, and we’ve got everything…,“ says Ing. Martin Řehořek, Director of NEWPS.CZ.

Budova B has a total of 15,600 m2of rental space in 8 above-ground floors, 1,240 m2 of retail space on the ground floor, and 250 underground parking spaces. The comprehensive modernisation of Budova B also gives it a new, earth-toned ceramic façade and a grand, walk-through reception area connected to an open public atrium with a garden and direct access to the retail area. The revitalisation will also create a new public area between Budova B and Budova C: a piazzetta with mature trees, seating, and a water feature.

The author of the modernisation is the A8000 architectural studio, and the investor and owner is Passerinvest Group, a.s.
