PASSERINVEST GROUP opens outdoor fitness and workout areas in Nové Roztyly

As part of the prepared construction at Roztyly, PASSERINVEST GROUP is continuing to cultivate the park close to the Roztyly metro station. Its latest endeavour in that area is the construction of two areas for modern leisure activities, specifically an outdoor fitness area and workout area. Both of the sports facilities are meant for the general public, who can use them all year round and free of charge.

 Cultivation is continuing in the park next to the Krč Forest on the territory of Nové Roztyly, as part of which two areas offering the general public active leisure have been created. An outdoor fitness area has newly been opened here with a set of exercise apparatuses that are suitable for all age groups. Outdoor fitness areas, or simply outdoor gyms, have become more and more popular lately and are a favourite activity for all generations, though especially for seniors. Thanks to the machines that are installed in the park, everybody can choose a suitable activity corresponding to their condition, whether it is light stretching, body toning or more demanding exercises.

 At the beginning of the summer, the new sports facility was joined by an open workout area, where you can strengthen your body using your own weight, thereby improving your physical condition and motor skills. The construction of both the areas is part of the wider project prepared by PASSERINVEST GROUP to revitalise the former Interlov complex.

 “We are pleased to offer the general public the opportunity to spend their time in nature in an active and modern way. Both of these areas, meaning the fitness and workout, offer quality facilities for outdoor exercise to all those interested in an active lifestyle. As part of our further plans in the vicinity, visitors of the revitalised park can look forward to walking, running and cycling paths, a meadow of flowers and water features created by leading the piped watercourses back to the surface. The planned office and, above all, residential construction will, together with the park and services, create an urban unit including places for working, living, sports and leisure. Our goal is to create a pleasant functional and urban whole, which we consider to be the only proper way to make a user-friendly, while modern and sustainable city,” commented Martin Unger, the Technical Director of PASSERINVEST GROUP.

  “A city is a living organism, which is constantly developing and adapting to the demands of its inhabitants. I am very glad that we are successfully building modern leisure facilities in the area of Roztyly,” stated the Mayor of Prague 11, Jiří Dohnal, with regard to the project.
