The Health Insurance Company of the Czech Ministry of the Interior and Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company have opened their branches in the Nová Karolina Park building in Ostrava

The Nová Karolina Park office building in the centre of Ostrava has expanded

The Nová Karolina Park office building in the centre of Ostrava has expanded its offer of services to the public with two new contact points for Czech insurance companies. In addition to its branch, situated on 125 m2 on the ground floor by the entrance to the building’s inner courtyard from the main thoroughfare, 28. října Street, the Health Insurance Company of the Czech Ministry of the Interior (ZP MV ČR) has also leased 570 m2 of offices. The Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company (ČPZP) has also opened its branch on 68 m2 on the ground floor of the northern part of the building in the direction of the shopping centre.

Thus the Nová Karolina Park office building has the last free retail unit available on an area of 86 m2 and 2600 m2 of office space. The offer of services in the building has increased and now tenants and their employees as well as the general public can find a pharmacy, branches and ATMs of important banks, a shop for photo/video technology Megapixel, a beauty salon and cosmetic studio, a cafeteria, café and dispensary of the Notino and Zoot e-shops. 

Nová Karolina Park is located right in the centre of Ostrava in the urbanised Nová Karolina area close to Masarykova náměstí. It has excellent transport accessibility by both urban mass transit (the Karolina bus and tram stops are located right in front of the building) and by car.  Ostrava-střed train station is just a five-minute walk away.
