BB Centrum is the address of successful companies

BB Centrum, the multifunctional complex in Prague 4, is the address for several companies that ranked among the 100 most admired companies in the Czech Republic, CZECH TOP 100. This year PASSERINVEST GROUP, a.s., the company behind the BB Centrum project, made it to the top ten in these rankings for the very first time.

PASSERINVEST GROUP, the leading Czech development and investment company, placed in the top ten (the All Stars) of the 100 most admired companies in the Czech Republic for the year 2016.
The other most successful companies in the CZECH TOP 100 ratings include ČEZ, a. s., ŠKODA AUTO a.s., MICROSOFT s. r. o. and O2 Czech Republic a. s., which have their headquarters in the multifunctional BB Centrum complex in Prague 4. The reasons that some of the most successful companies chose BB Centrum include the quality of the project and the high level of offered services as well as the sense for fair play, an accommodating relationship with the tenants/users of the buildings and the responsibility towards the companies and the environment.

BB Centrum is a project of PASSERINVEST GROUP, a.s. This multifunctional complex offers prime office and retail space to rent plus it is supplemented with two residential projects, a social centre, a unique wellness and fitness centrum, an elementary school and a preschool as well as Baarův Park and Brumlovka Park with a large playground and relaxing green areas.

Passerinvest Group (hereinafter Passerinvest) is a purely Czech builder and investor. The company was founded by Radim Passer back in 1991 and has since then acquired a lot of experience in the construction of office and commercial buildings, residential buildings and civic amenities.
