Nová Karolina Park Opened a Fully Furnished Showroom

Since today those interested in leasing space in this modern structure have been offered an opportunity to visit a fully furnished showroom to get a better idea about what their prospective offices will look like on completion.

The showroom, covering an area of 64 square metres, was opened by the developer of Nová Karolina Park, PASSERINVEST GROUP, in cooperation with TECHO. The latter company, being a leading manufacturer and supplier of office furniture, fully furnished the showroom. This display office is available for viewing anytime by prior telephone arrangement.

Nová Karolina Park is an office structure which, having six above ground storeys, offers almost 24,600 square metres of prime office space. The ground floor of the building provides another 2,960 square metres suitable for retail, services and catering. Also, the users of the building will be provided with 280 parking spaces in the basement. Nová Karolina Park has been designed to receive a prestigious BREEAM certificate, the world’s leading design and assessment method for sustainable buildings.

The architectural design has been produced by Vít Máslo and David R. Chisholm from CMC architects. The project is a joint venture of three major investors: PASSERINVEST GROUP, Multi Development Czech Republic and GEMO OLOMOUC, which is also the general contractor.
