The lease of the FILADELFIE office building to UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and the other companies in UniCredit Group, was the most significant transaction conducted in the Czech Republic in 2011, as stated in the Q4/2011 report delivered by Jones Lang LaSalle. 
Their report also outlines that Prague 4 ranked among the city destinations which received the strongest preference with regard to the lease of office space as its share reached 31.2 %. 
At the same time, Building FILADELFIE was ranked second among the TOP 50 office transactions in Central and Eastern Europe in 2011, as published by the CIJ magazine.

A high priority is placed on the area of energy management, which goes hand in hand with air protection.
At present, only the last office space is available in FILADELFIE - one-half of the 16th above-ground floor area (881.9 square metres).
