Residential Park Brumlovka: Shell of the Buildings Is Ready!

The Residential Park Baarova is a modern residential development situated in immediate proximity to the BB Centrum complex, Prague 4. It offers 139 apartments which – having from two to six rooms complete with a kitchenette – are between 50 and 170 square metres in size. The development is comprised of three independent residential buildings, with a modern courtyard between them. Václav Černý, Sales Manager, PASSERINVEST GROUP, says: “With the completion of the shell of the buildings, the project has taken its real face. At this stage, we have prepared a sample apartment, including the finishing touches, as well as a visualisation of the common areas such as the reception, corridors and entrances, in order to help our clients picture the final shape of the development.”

On 29 May 2011, the Residential Park Baarova will organize an Open Door Day to invite those interested to view the aforementioned sample apartment. Also, a rich programme is in store for adults and children alike. On the same day, the adjacent Primary School Elijáš hosts the ‘Children’s Day with Elijáš’, with a great many competitions, attractions and performances.

The area where the Residential Park Baarova is situated boasts extremely easy access, being located at the first stop of the bus routes from Budějovická Metro station and directly linked with the Prague Trunk Road. It also has an astonishing range of shops and services, including several restaurants and cafés as well as the wellness and fitness Balance Club Brumlovka. On top of everything else, the new apartment owners will enjoy a green oasis of peace and tranquillity in Baar Park, designed as a smooth continuation of the residential development.
