Residential Park Baarova: Construction Begun!

The Residential Park Baarova is a modern project which – being developed in Baarova Street, Prague 4, in immediate proximity to BB Centrum – is attractively located near the city centre. The construction will last 16 months and the project is slated for completion in November 2011.

“BB Centrum has been perceived as an office project rather than a multipurpose one so far. However, we have made some piecemeal additions to change this attitude. In addition, an Albert supermarket, a dm chemist’s and other shops are due to open in immediate proximity to the Residential Park Baarova, in the new Building FILADELFIE this September. There are also health facilities, a children’s playground, a kindergarten and basic school, as well as the Community Centre, which opened last year. Another great place of interest is Baar Park, available to the public since this July. This is a green haven which has been designed as a continuation of the Residential park Baarova. All of these amenities enhance the quality of life in the housing development.
