BUILDING FILADELFIE - A PLACE TO WORK, RELAX AND SHOP

Building FILADELFIE has been under construction since May 2008, being circumscribed by the streets Želetavská, U Pomníku and U Michelské školy, adjacent to the existing buildings B, C and E. Completion of the building is scheduled for the second quarter of 2010. The general contractor is PSJ, a.s. The design has been produced by the architectural studio DaM. “Building FILADELFIE will offer almost 30,000 square metres of office area spread over 17 above ground floors. A typical above ground floor has 1,760 square metres of rentable area. FILADELFIE is one of the most modern office buildings with regard to the quality of the interiors and convenience to users, and it reflects a wealth of experience of the BB Centrum developer – PASSERINVEST GROUP, a.s.,” says Architect Jan Holna from DaM. Building FILADELFIE will be a new addition to the sophisticated group of buildings which form the harmonious concept of the entire BB Centrum complex. A large park, complete with a water feature, will be developed in the vicinity of Building FILADELFIE. Aside from promoting relaxation, the new landscaped areas will form a pleasant silence zone. The tenants will be offered another place to relax on the roof of FILADELFIE, where a terrace with a remarkable view is being planned. Like all the other BB Centrum buildings, FILADELFIE will meet safety standards, being equipped with the most modern fire protection systems, 24hour security, a central reception service, turnstiles and separate lifts for basements and above ground storeys. The underground parking will have 1,000 places, with most of them for tenants. Radim Passer, Chairman of the Board of Directors, PASSERINVEST GROUP, a. s., says: “BB Centrum is not just a project for me, but it is an important part of my life. The development of BB Centrum proves that the ambitions which we had with regard to the project were not pointless. It is not only buildings but also places around them where people live, and they have a right to a pleasant living environment. And this is what a developer should particularly keep in mind and be responsive to designs that meet this need. I think that FILADELFIE fully complies with these requirements.”
