We are delighted to announce that BB Centrum, a fast growing city district in Prague 4, Michle, is further expanding with a view of opening a new modern sports and shopping centre, Brumlovka, as soon as April 2007. Its essential component will be the Balance Club Brumlovka, a top-quality wellness and fitness club. We hope that the building will attract more than sports enthusiasts as there will be additional shops, services and restaurants besides the sports facilities.
A shopping mall is being developed on the ground floor of Brumlovka. Here visitors to the building will have an opportunity to make a choice between an Italian restaurant or a vegetarian restaurant, Grosseto and Maranatha respectively, both of which have a summer and winter garden. In addition, the ground floor will provide spaces for a post office, a Peal newsagent/tobacconist’s, a Grosseto delicatessen, a Kvítko Rebeca florist, a NIVO Sport sportswear shop, a golf simulator complete with accessories, a sports bar, and a VMS Trading hand car wash. Linked with the ground floor via moving staircases, the second above ground floor houses a BOMTON hairdresser/beauty parlour and children’s playing area. The other part of the second above ground floor, together with the whole area of the third above ground floor, will belong to the wellness and fitness club, Balance Club Brumlovka.
“Brumlovka is positive proof that BB Centrum is turning into a multi-purpose city district of Prague 4, Michle. It extends the range of services available on the premises of BB Centrum in an appropriate manner, offering everybody sporting enjoyment, in addition to other shops and services,” says Zbyněk Passer, member of the Board of Directors, Passerinvest Group.
The construction of the new Brumlovka began on the site of the former Sky Club Brumlovka in Vyskočilova Street in 2005. The scheme is being developed and funded by BB C Nová Brumlovka, a joint venture of PASSERINVEST GROUP and MULTIPROJEKT GROUP.
The building will offer 5,000 square metres of rentable area, as well as 190 parking places, spread over three above ground floors and three basements. The design has been prepared by architect Jan Aulík, Studio A, and the general contractor is Metrostav. The construction is scheduled for completion at the end of January 2007. Then the interiors will be fitted and finished and the facility will be open for trial operation. The building will be made available to the public in April 2007.
