PASSERINVEST GROUP: THE ONLY DEVELOPER TO ENTER THE CHART OF THE 100 MOST ADMIRED COMPANIES IN THE CR

Czech developer Passerinvest Group is the only developer to enter the chart of the “100 Most Admired Companies in the CR”.

The CZECH TOP 100 association has awarded the eighth year’s title of the “Admired Company in the CR of the Year 2006” to ŠKODA AUTO a. s., Mladá Boleslav. Electricity producer ČEZ has come second and Zentiva a.s. is the third most admired company. The fact that twenty companies have gone into the chart for the first time indicates that the CR has achieved a considerable economic growth. One of those new entrants, the Czech Passerinvest Group is the only developer in the chart, being ranked fourth in the category of Services for Enterprises, Real Estate Operations (behind KPMG, Veletrhy Brno and Deloitte).

Compiled by the CZECH TOP 100 association, the chart of the “100 Most Admired Companies” is based on the vote of managers of major companies, business and financial analysts, as well as professional unions and occupational associations. The mentioned experts use criteria such as key indicators, in-house relations, corporate image and so on.

Passerinvest Group (hereinafter Passerinvest) is a purely Czech builder and investor. The company was founded by Radim Passer back in 1991 and has since then acquired a lot of experience in the construction of office and commercial buildings, residential buildings and civic amenities.
