PASSERINVEST group placed bonds worth 25 million euros

The PASSERINVEST concern, an important purely-Czech development and investment group, issued bonds with a nominal value of 2000 euros and a total nominal value of 25 million euros through PASSERINVEST FINANCE, a.s., with a maturity in 2029. The bonds bear a variable yield linked to 3M EURIBOR with a margin of 4.50% per annum and they are secured by a guarantee declaration by the parent company PASSERINVEST GROUP, a.s. PASSERINVEST FINANCE, a.s. plans to use the proceeds of the issue for the financing of new group projects, the refinancing of its debt and the intracompany financing of the entire PASSERINVEST group.

The leading joint managers of the issue are Raiffeisenbank, a.s. and UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s.

Despite increasing uncertainty and high volatility not only on capital markets linked to rising inflation rates and the growth of risk premiums, we are pleased with the interest on the part of investors who appreciate the financial strength and stability of PASSERINVEST group,” stated Ondřej Plocek, the group’s CFO.

This is our third public bond issue since 2014. I truly appreciate the confidence of all our investors and I believe that the projects we will be building in the future will contribute to the prosperity of the given localities and the whole of Prague,” added Radim Passer, the founder and CEO of Passerinvest Group, a.s.
