Passerinvest has completed another acquisition in Brumlovka. It has become the owner of the Gamma building again.

The purely Czech company Passerinvest Group, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as Passerinvest) has successfully concluded the purchase of the Gamma office project in the Brumlovka office centre, where it has long been operating. Passerinvest acquired the building, financed by Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich, from the Austrian real estate company IMMOFINANZ.

Passerinvest, in accordance with its strategy, has purchased the seventh building in Brumlovka back to its portfolio. In 2014 they purchased the Alpha building, in 2015 the Beta building, in 2016 buildings Budova A and Budova B, in 2017 building Budova D and in 2018 the Villas building.

The Gamma building comes from the architectural studio Aulík Fišer architekti and ranks among the most impressive office buildings. It has a total of 30,000 m2 of leasable space on 10 storeys.

Passerinvest plans to modernise some of the technologies according to the latest trends and to perform a facelift inside and out in order to maintain the highest quality of the office spaces.
