Investor Simona Otavová sold the headquarters of the Directorate-General of DRM to Passerinvest Group a.s.

The entrepreneur Simona Otavová and Passerinvest Group a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “Passerinvest”) have realised an off-market transaction of commercial real estate for Čerčanská 2023/12 in Prague 4, where the Directorate-General of the state-funded Directorate of Roads and Motorways of the Czech Republic is currently located. Simona Otavová acquired the property for her portfolio in 2018. Passerinvest and Mrs. Otavová executed a sales transaction for 100% of the company's share of the property in question over 2 months, agreeing that the value of the transaction would not be disclosed. With this acquisition, Passerinvest has expanded its portfolio of commercial properties in the interesting area of Prague 4 and Prague 11, in which it acts as a long-term urban builder and investor.

"At a time of volatile inflation and interest rates, we accelerated the strategy of expanding investments into key real estate in and around Brumlovka. With its administrative character, the purchased building fits perfectly into our portfolio and, thanks to the long-term lease to a state-funded organisation, it provides a high degree of income security. In addition, this acquisition further extends the possibilities for the efficient use of our property management department,” stated Eduard Forejt, Development Director of Passerinvest Group.

Ing. Simona Otavová – entrepreneur and investor In the past, Ing. Simona Otavová worked in high managerial positions and in the executive bodies of many important Czech companies. She has long been actively doing business on the commercial and residential real estate market and participates in the financing of development projects. Her portfolio includes luxury residential properties in prestigious locations in Prague and in Marbella, Spain. Among other things, last year she became a co-owner of the prestigious Lexxus real estate agency, which has been operating on the Czech real estate market for almost 30 years.
