The Roztyly Plaza office building in Prague 4, the construction of which began last autumn, offers a total area of 21,700 m2 of offices to rent. The renowned architectural studio Aulík Fišer architekti is behind the elegant and clean design of the seven-storey building. A great emphasis has been placed on the creation of an inspirational environment, in which it will be a joy to work and meet. The process of the rental of the space has begun and the interest of the first potential tenants for both the office and the retail spaces has been registered. The building is able to offer large offices with an area of more than 3000 m2 on a single floor, but thanks to flexible layouts, it is also possible to create smaller offices starting at 300 m2.
