Passerinvest Group's Budova B awarded at Best of Realty

The recently reconstructed Budova B building, located in Prague's BB Centrum (Brumlovka) received third place in the prestigious Best of Realty awards in the Reconstructed Offices category. The jury primarily appreciated the generous approach of the building owner, Passerinvest Group, the overall modernization and its work with the public space in the vicinity.

Budova B building underwent comprehensive reconstruction affecting its interiors and exteriors. It got a new façade in earthy tones and a number of new relaxation areas including a rooftop terrace with abundant greenery, and the technical facilities were also modernized. Thanks to this, the building offers comfortable prime offices able to satisfy even the most demanding clients. The reconstruction also included the construction of an open courtyard with wooden paneling, a water feature and greenery, which serves as a place of relaxation but can also be used as an outdoor office. The new náměstí Ellen G. Whiteová was built in the space in front of Budova B building, with benches, a jet fountain and mature trees, which complements the rest zones in the complex.

“We really appreciate the Best of Realty award because it proves that we are doing a really good job in the construction and reconstruction of the BB Centrum buildings and are successfully revitalizing older buildings in accordance with the principles of long-term sustainability. We are pleased that the jury also appreciated our work with the public space because we always make it a priority to transform the surroundings of our buildings into the most pleasant space possible for local employees and visitors,” said Lenka Preslová, Sales Director of Passerinvest Group.

Best of Realty is a prestigious competition awarding property built in the Czech Republic. Since its inception in 1999, it has awarded hundreds of excellent projects in a number of categories that demonstrate the wonderful abilities of architects, designers, developers and real estate agents.
